Shipping & Returns


Prices include shipping within the USA. For shipments to any other address, we will contact you after you order to invoice you the shipping cost. For hardtops, shipment must be to a 50-states street address; other products are to any USPS-recognized address.

Shipping Insurance

Depending on shipping method, your package may be carrier-insured, 3rd-party insured, or insurance optional.

Items shipped direct from overseas (e.g., hardtops) carry 3rd-party insurance. In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact us with 24 hours of receipt. Do not refuse the package; accept it and sign for it as "Damaged." Please retain all materials (including packing materials), and we will handle the insurance claim directly on your behalf.

For items shipped with carrier insurance (e.g. USPS insurance on domestic Priority Mail parcels), you will need to file the insurance claim with USPS. Again, please retain all packaging materials. While we would prefer to handle the claim ourselves and save you the hassle, our experience is that a sender's claim will almost certainly be denied, while a receiver's claim will be paid.


Please contact us before refusing or returning a shipment. Our return policy varies based on the type and source of the product. Generally, used products are not returnable. New 3rd-party products (e.g. Haltech or AEM hardware) are subject to a restocking fee. New products sourced directly by Full-Speed Technologies are generally returnable. However, in all cases the customer will be charged for shipping.
